If something is not right, here are the conditions for returns and refunds.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used personal care items

  • Beauty products

  • Opened skincare items

  • Any item marked Final Sale


3. Return Process

We will send you detailed instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or faulty product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or video of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • Or a full refund


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within:

  • 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to processing.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
You can return an item and place a new order.
